Responsible for the planning, risk assessment, method statement, and execution strategy of all lifting activities. Ensures that every lift, no matter the complexity, is carried out under strict procedural control.🛠️ Lifting Engineer
Technically qualified to select, evaluate, and inspect lifting equipment. Works in tandem with site teams to ensure the right gear is used for every lift, enhancing efficiency, equipment integrity, and site safety.
- 👷 Lifting Supervisor
Oversees the entire lifting operation on-site. Ensures that riggers, slingers, and operators follow the lift plan, use the correct PPE, and execute lifts in line with safety procedures.
👷♂️ Lifting Gear Operators – Riggers & Slingers
Our trained riggers and slingers handle the assembly, inspection, and securement of loads using certified lifting gear. They ensure that each load is properly balanced, slung, and attached to lifting equipment, minimizing the risk of load shift or failure.

✔ Knowledge of center of gravity, load rating, and sling angles

🧭 Lifting Signal Persons – Banksman, Flagman & Signalman
Clear communication is critical to safe lifting — and our signal personnel are trained to deliver precise, unambiguous instructions to crane operators during complex or blind lifts.
Roles include:
👋 Banksman – Manages ground operations, ensures safe maneuvering of cranes, and protects site personnel from hazards.
🚩 Flagman – Coordinates with equipment operators using internationally recognized flag signals.
📡 Signalman – Uses hand and radio signals to guide crane movement, especially in restricted visibility or congested areas.
